Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to contracted supermarket activation planning and related trade marketing services provided by Kernel Nodecore Trade Marketing. Guide prices on this website are informational only; fees, deposits, and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal.

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to fees paid under a signed proposal for services we have not yet delivered, subject to the conditions below. This site does not sell products for delivery or offer online checkout.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be sent in writing to hello@kernel-nodecore.digital within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, cancellation before kickoff). We confirm receipt within 3 business days.

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund: available if you cancel before kickoff and before we have begun paid planning work, store mapping, or material briefing covered by your deposit.
• Partial refund: if work has started, we refund the unused portion of fees after deducting time already spent on planning, store coordination, briefing drafts, and approved third-party costs.

Non-refundable items

• Third-party production already ordered with your written approval (print, fixtures, sampling supplies).
• Store booking fees paid to retailers on your behalf when non-recoverable.
• Completed deliverables already delivered (final plans, briefing packs, install maps).

Refund process and method

Email your request with the proposal reference, payment date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method or bank transfer to the paying entity within 14 business days after approval.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a planned wave once without penalty if you give at least 10 business days’ notice and retailer bookings can be moved. Shorter notice may incur fees for remobilizing field support or reprinting dated materials. We may propose new dates if a supermarket partner withdraws a booking for reasons outside our control.

Deposits

Deposits secure planning capacity and early retailer outreach. Deposits become non-refundable once store mapping or retailer outreach under your scope has begun, except where we cancel the engagement for reasons not caused by you.

No-shows and work already started

If client stakeholders miss agreed briefing or store-walk dates without 48 hours’ notice, that session may be marked complete for scheduling purposes and rebooked at additional cost. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

Purchased materials

POS, kits, and sampling materials purchased with your approval are non-refundable once production has started. Unused materials remain your property and can be held for a later wave by arrangement.

Exceptions

If we are unable to deliver a contracted planning package for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of fees paid for undelivered work or a revised timeline at no extra planning fee.
